Ms Arlisma garnered her experience in legal practice from several prominent legal firms and as a Senior Executive with HLI-Hume Management Co Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Hong Leong Group. She is equipped with extensive knowledge and experience in the corporate world and has been involved in major corporate and securitization exercises.

She has working knowledge of and has been actively involved in advising companies on general corporate matters and involved in drafting Highway Concession Agreement, Facilitation Fund Agreements with Ministry of Finance and a wide range of work comprising of banking, real estate, legal due diligence, personal data protection and regulatory advisory works.

Her forte includes drafting and negotiating commercial agreements , shareholders agreement, joint ventures for developments and technology agreements, to name a few.

Besides general corporate advisory work, she also advises on Intellectual Property and start-up companies. She sits on the legal advisory board of several universities, foundations and Board of Ethics in a medical company.

She also acts as company secretary and advises on the registration of companies, societies, foundations and their establishment and management.
