Established Beyond Reasonable Doubt for Bribery

Terengganu – The court has made a ruling that the accusation of bribery made against Che Alias has been established beyond reasonable doubt. Datuk Wira Mohd Hafarizam Harun has stated that the court has found the distribution of i-Belia and i-Siswa payments, as well as the reception ceremony for pensioned OKU and single mother aid, to voters during the campaign period to be a form of bribery. It is important to note that such actions are considered an offense under section 10, which prohibits giving money with the intent of obtaining votes.
