Degree in Corporate Admin, or any equivalent.
Job Description
Assistant Company Secretary: To assist in corporate secretarial works.
- Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries
- Filing annual returns and other documents with regulatory bodies like the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)
- Organizing and preparing agendas for board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs)
- Taking minutes, drafting resolutions, and ensuring proper documentation
- Acting as a point of contact between the Client and Firm
- Ensuring effective communication within the company and with clients
