Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and a valid practicing certificate in Malaysia.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience handling accident or personal injury cases.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury laws and regulations in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Description
- Handle accident and personal injury cases, including preparing and filing legal documents.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis.
- Liaise with clients, insurance companies, and relevant stakeholders.
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documentation.
