Datuk Wan Azmir Wan Majid is our Managing Partner.

With years of experience under his belt, Datuk Wan Azmir’s legal expertise is centred around civil and criminal litigation and arbitration. His areas of practice in civil litigation includes but is not limited to matters of debt recovery, construction, corporation disputes, estate matters, property disputes, joint management body disputes and all other corporate and contractual disputes.

Under criminal litigation, he handles a myriad of matters including but not limited to cases pertaining to murder, corruption, drug-trafficking, immigration offences, wrongful detention, Anti-Money Laundering Act 2001 (AMLA), Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 (SOSMA)  and Prevention of Crime Act 1959 (POCA).

He also handles contentious matters such as defamation suits, probates and letters of administration, divorce and matrimonial disputes.

Datuk Wan Azmir’s was awarded a title of Darjah Pangkuan Seri Melaka (DPSM) by His Most Excellency Melaka on 24th August 2021.
