Hamsagayathri Loghanathan graduated with LL.B (Hons) from University Utara Malaysia (UUM) in 2017. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in July 2018.

She has gained experience in Civil Litigation practice, where she handles contractual disputes, land disputes, negligence, and other tortious claims, family law, employment disputes, probate, and letter of administration. She handles both contentious and non-contentious matters.

She has conducted civil trials and hearings (at the lower court and high court) and hearings of appeals both at the High Court and Court of Appeal on her own. Although she primarily focuses on civil litigation, she also has experience handling criminal and accident cases.
