Ms. Intan Azlina Binti Mazlan specialises in civil and commercial dispute resolution and appears regularly before the Malaysian Courts and Arbitration Centres. She was called to the Bar in 2003 and started her practice as an associate with Messrs Sri Ram & Co and continued with Messrs Kumar Partnership where she appeared before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court for a host of cases involving commercial and civil disputes, particularly in cases involving commercial fraud, defamation and land disputes.

Ms. Intan specialises in defamation, shareholders disputes, land law, intellectual property, judicial review and claims in contract and tort. She has acted for numerous developers and has successfully quashed decisions of the Homebuyers’ Tribunal in favour of the developer before the Kuantan High Court. She has extensive court room experience.
